"Planning Today For
Your Dreams Of Tomorrow"

Getting Started
Call for a free consultation
Call (301) 396-4647 to schedule an initial telephone consultation. No specific financial advice will be offered during this consultation, but you will speak to a Certified Financial Planner™ who will explain the financial planning process, as well as the fee structure and available services. You will have an opportunity to ask questions and discuss your financial planning needs, and together, you and the CFP® will determine whether Nelson Financial Planning Services can help you. This consultation is complimentary and involves no obligation or cost to you.
Should you decide to utilize our services, several forms will be sent to you: Firm Brochure (disclosure statement), Client Agreement Letter, Risk Tolerance Survey, Privacy Statement, Client Questionnaire, and a list of required documents. You must sign and return the Client Agreement in order to initiate the formal planning process. The remaining forms are self explanatory and should be completed (if applicable) in order for the CFP® to determine how best to address your specific financial planning needs. Ideally you will complete and return the survey and questionnaire prior to the first meeting with your planner.
